Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change is excited to announce their second set of Georgia franchise owners, husband and wife, Brad and Cathy Freeman. The couple are set to open three Strickland Brothers service centers in the South Atlanta area.
When they’re not spending time with their family, traveling, playing golf, and cheering for the FSU Football team, Brad and Cathy are hard at work at building their own business. They desired to become entrepreneurs because of “the opportunity to create value and build something lasting.” And they feel they have found the perfect match with their Strickland Brothers franchise. Brad stated, “We were initially attracted by the potential ROI and it was an industry that fulfilled a customer need, and therefore likely a recession resistant business. After investigating the company we were very attracted to the [SB] culture, its principles, and the people. Servant leadership has been a core value we have embraced for our entire careers and place a great value on it. The people at Stricklands are passionate, embrace their family atmosphere, and are excited about creating a customer experience that is best in the industry. The combination of it all presented us with an opportunity we couldn’t resist.” They are both excited for the “opportunity to be a part of building out a new brand and create value” through their new Strickland Brothers business.
Justin Strickland, CEO of Strickland Brothers states, we believe that Brad and Cathy will bring a lot of value to the Strickland Brothers brand. Throughout the education process and discovery day, we felt that their values and mission aligned with the corporate values and mission and that is to provide the absolute best customer experience we can. We believe that Georgia will be a nice market for our brand and excited to have Brad and Cathy help pioneer the brands footprint into Georgia. We look for wonderful things from Brad and Cathy for years to come.
