Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change is thrilled to announce their newest franchise owners, father and son, Al and Michael Jaramillo. Al and Michael are set to open a Strickland Brothers unit in the Atlanta, Georgia area making this father and son pair the first franchise owners to sign in the state.
Both Al and Michael bring invaluable experiences from their careers to the table: Al has 40 years of experience from different areas of the automotive industry and Michael has 15 years of banking experience. Al’s desire is to expand on the success of his automotive background with their new Strickland Brothers franchise, while Michael looks forward to bringing his customer service experience into his business to ensure every customer feels appreciated. And the excellent customer service of Strickland Brothers is what initially attracted the duo to the Strickland Brothers franchise. “What really excites us is how every part of the process is well thought out and streamlined. This allows the Owners and Managers to focus completely on the customer’s experience and the culture of the store to separate Strickland Brothers from the competition.”
Strickland Brothers was created on the backbone of family values, in which Al and Michael have displayed well. When asked why they wanted to become entrepreneurs, they both explained that working with one another was a bonus in owning their own business. Al expressed, “I once owned my own auto repair shop. I am excited about being in business for myself again, but this time I will not be by myself. I will have my son along with the entire Strickland Brothers’ team to support me.” Michael echoed this by explaining, “going into business with my father is [a] dream come true.” They stated, “We each bring something to the table and we will deliver a great customer experience through our partnership. We are excited to be a part of the first wave of owners bringing this new brand to Georgia.”
