STRICKLAND BROTHERS EXPANDS IN ARIZONA
January 15, 2021: Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change announces their newest franchise owners, husband and wife, Justin and Jennifer Hallquist. Justin and Jennifer are set to open three Strickland Brothers service centers in the Surprise, AZ area.
In their free time Justin and Jennifer enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, whenever possible. They also enjoy traveling, hiking, golfing and learning new things. When asked what triggered them to want to become entrepreneurs, they explained that “We’ve spent over twenty years in various corporate roles with many great companies with strong brands. However, all of them lacked the work-life balance and risk-reward economics that support how we want to live, work and play. Being an entrepreneur allows us to be in the driver’s seat of our success. In addition, we can help others in our community by providing an important service while also providing employment to great team members.”
When they started down their journey to entrepreneurship, Justin and Jennifer researched many small business opportunities. They state what initially attracted them to Strickland Brothers was “ After reviewing several franchise opportunities, my wife Jenny and I were attracted to Strickland Brothers for several reasons. First, the business model was very well thought out, so it was easy to see how you can create a successful business by following their process. Second, the people we interacted with were open and honest about what they were looking for in a business partner, as well as what we could realistically expect from day-to-day operations. Finally, Strickland Brothers core values aligned to our personal beliefs of how to conduct business.” The pair state “ We are excited to use the experiences we have gained over the past 20+ years in business and life to start our own business, create opportunities to help others through gainful employment and grow to be a strong community partner in the area that we live and work.”
