Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change announced today their first Texas franchisee, MG Spanial, with what will be an area development agreement. MG plans to open his first of three sites in the area of Round Rock and Hutto, Texas. MG states, “There are multiple things that jump out” that excite him about his new Strickland Brothers business. “Out of the gate I could see that SB 10 Min Oil Change was pretty recession proof – folks still need their cars serviced in a good and a bad economy.” Additionally, MG explained that on Discovery Day he met the team and knew he had found the right fit. Seeing the home office, meeting the industry experts and knowing he would have the support he needed for success were all important to him, “But what really clenched it, I met the Founder/Owner face to face. Justin Strickland is real, down to earth, approachable, and sincere. You can take what he says to the bank — In my book that means a lot.” As a Naval Officer and coming from a background where he served as a Manager and Leader in his last company, he decided “after years of working for others that it was finally time for me to become the CEO of my own business.” He stated that “ Seeing that this young franchise is on the rise I chose to buy an Area Development Agreement. As such I have the scalability that will be crucial to my family’s future and with the systems Justin and his team have put in place we will outperform the competition in every market where Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change opens.”
