Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change announced today their first Tennessee franchise owner, Victor Miller. Victor is set to open five Strickland Brothers service centers in the Nashville area. He and his wife, Melanie, have been a part of the Nashville community for over 25 years and have three children, Sydney, Samuel and Benjamin. Having been in the Nashville area for so many years, he is excited to be the first to grow the Strickland Brothers brand in the Nashville market.
Victor expressed that his desire to become an entrepreneur began “after going through two layoffs in 5 years. [I felt] it was time to take control of my next move and start working for me.” Strickland Brothers caught his attention due to “the low investment cost and proven business model. The concept is something that can be easily executed and provides recession stability.” And what set Strickland Brothers apart from other franchise opportunities was “the people and the community, especially the “Buddy Bench.”” He appreciated Justin Strickland’s passion and his family values, and he could see that this is what “created a winning culture in his organization. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?”
The Strickland Brothers team couldn’t be more thrilled to have Victor on board. Justin stated, “Victor and Melanie are wonderful people that we feel embody our brand’s values and how we want it represented in the Tennessee market. We love that they have deep roots to their communities. At Strickland Brothers, we want to have our owners be involved in the communities in which we are supported. The Tennessee market shows a tremendous amount of upside and we are very excited to have Victor pioneer this market for the SB Brand.”
