Accelerate is Strickland Brothers’ flagship leadership program for experienced retail, restaurant, and automotive professionals. Over six months, you’ll manage your own shop, receive structured training, and be prepared for promotion into a multi-unit Area Manager role — with full support from senior leadership.
Applications close June 15. Program begins July 21.
Program Timeline
PHASE 1 (MONTHS 1–2):
SHOP MANAGER
Lead your team, drive KPIs, own the day-to-day.
PHASE 2 (MONTHS 3–5):
ROTATIONAL LEADER
Work across nearby shops, solve real problems, coach peers.
PHASE 3 (MONTH 6+):
SUCCESSION & HANDOFF
Train your replacement, learn the Area Manager role, prepare for transition.
